First timer. Itwas abit confusing atfirst. They scan your barcode and then you gointo the warehouse and find your items based onthe row letter and lot number. The lot number was the yellow sticker. The app doesn't give you the list ofyour pickup items inexact order soI was backtracking alot even though all myitems were either side ofone long aisle. One item Ibought was missing one piece but even inbuying areplacement Istill saved $40onthat item. Look carefully atthe pictures ofthe actual item they post. The photo showed the character was missing but Ididn't notice, and the description didn't mentionit. Ashelf Igot was scuffed alittle bit but the item was still worth what Ipaid. Remember there's atwo dollar lot fee for every item, plus the 15% buyer's premium and taxes will add into your final price. They offer buyer's assurance but nothing Igot was expensive soI “took the risk”.
The items are not all perfect but sofar everything isgood and I'll definitely buy again.

Great folks working atthis store. Very patient, friendly and helpful. The store was well organized and itwas apleasant experience. There are acouple issues Inoticed. The photos they take are distorted and low resolution. Good pictures will goa longway. The second issue isthe app constantly locks upand isnot well refined. With that said, Istill very much enjoy the process and look forward tomore bidding.

Make sure you check your products they don’t check itthoroughly foryou. Out of5transactions there once itwas completely wrong and Ipaid for tolls and borrowed atruck and drove 2hours and they never reimbursed mefor mecost and time. 3times the product was messedup. Once itwas exactly what was expected

Customers are always more than welcome tocome inand inspect many ofour items before their bid isplaced, orthey can send someone intheir place ifneedbe. Companies like Target, Wal-Mart, and Meijer donot compensate for gas ifyou bring areturn tothem. Similar tothe previous mentioned companies, items can betaken toany ofour locations for aManager's Review.

Found out about this from afriend and started looking online atthe auctions theyhad. Wewere leary about buying any “open box” electronics asthere isno return policy but wedecided totry towin anauction ona fairly cheap countertop ice maker for our camper. Weended upwinning itfor around $31and its retail value was roughly $150. The process was alittle annoying once wewonit. Itdidn't appear that wewon itbut weknew wewere the highest bidder. Myboyfriend kept checking his email but nothing was showing upthat hewonit. Heclosed out ofthe site and reopened itthinking that might reset itbut that didn't help. Weboth looked for contact information but could not find any way tocontact the company. Still did show that wewonit, did not get aninvoice tobe able topay forit, and atthis point, wewere alittle frustrated. Bythe next morning, Isuggested looking attheir Fbpage. Ithink myboyfriend did finally find anemail for them and sent them one asking about the auction but did not receive aresponse bymidmorning. Then around anhour orso later hesaid the email finally showed upsaying hewon the auction and hepaid for the item, atwhich point hesaw there was afee hewas unaware ofthat was added tothe cost and his final total was $38. Hepaid for itand then told mehe had acouple ofdays topick itup. The location ofthe warehouse was not extremely far from our house, wegot there and walked into find asteady stream ofpeople there which was surprising tous. Wewere greeted bya gentleman who asked usif wewere there topick something upand wesaid yes and showed him the printed invoice. Heinformed usthat even though itsaid toprint itand bring itin, itwasn't necessary todo that, wecan just pull itup onour phone next time. Hescanned the code and directed uswhere togo tofind the item. All the products were stacked inrows and rows, inboxes orjust onthe shelves. Ihave tosay wewere alittle taken aback bythe number ofproducts inside this place. The majority ofthings you could see were inAmazon boxes, appearing tobe returned. After welocated our product wewalked back tothe front and had tobe “checked out”. The employee scanned something and that'sit, wewalkedout. Unfortunately, when wegot home and opened the box wesaw there was something broken but itdidn't appear tobe anything that would affect the functionality sowe put ittogether, plugged itin, and followed the directions. Turned iton after filling itwith water and were pretty bummed because itdid not work.So, our time and $38are down the drain. Iwould not trust buying anything “open box” from this site again.… – show

All Open Box items are sold AS/IS. M@C makes all items available for inspection prior tobidding, itis the responsibility ofthe User toinspect all items before placing abid onthe Site.
We encourage all ofour customer tocome inand inspect many ofour items before they placed theirbid. Ifthey are unable todoso, then wedo offer the Buyer's Assurance onmany ofour items aswell. Iwill paste the Buyer's Assurance policy for reference aswell.

BEWARE OFTHE MANAGEMENT! The store manager Scott isrude, sneaky, and acheat. Overall not agood person. I’m not sure how hegot amanagerial position ata business. Iwill never shop atthe beaver falls location again that’s for sure. IfI could give 0stars Iwould.
