I’ve had nothing but subpar service with @xfinitymobile since I opted out of @Xfinity bundled services. I’m trying to save money, but they always find a way. Their system isn’t set up to have cell service without their other services.

After you cancel your @Xfinity service(s), your @xfinitymobile services will be sh*tty AF, but they still direct debit your plan amount + an ADDITIONAL $20 per line. 😤

If you have @Xfinity #cable, #landline, &/or #internet & plan to sign up for @xfinitymobile, know that if you cancel your service(s), they will charge you $20 ADDITIONAL per line with no real reason for doing it. OHHH...they also won’t be able to find your account!!! 😤

@AmandiOnAir @comcast @Xfinity They are bad. But you can bypass a lot of the automated crap by accessing support through their app ... chat allows you to set up a call back, and it's never taken me more than 10 min. Whether you get a competent and helpful agent seems more of a gamble ...

Xfinity must have something against WarnerMedia kids channels because starting next week, Cartoon Network is being moved to a higher cable package. We also know that some markets have either lost their Boomerang feed within the last few years or never even had it.
