Called Xfinity and they cannot see any errors or issues regarding extremely poor performance. The earliest a technician can be ‘on-site’ is 2 PM, CST, tomorrow. NOT ACCEPTABLE! After last week, we need STABILITY & CONSISTENCY!

After a couple of days of flaky internet service I finally figured I would try the T-Mobile 5G Home Internet - so far connection is good and am having no issues connecting and streaming tv. Hope it stays this good, will save $50 month as well as getting to leave xfinity.

@Xfinity 90days and I’ve been lied to. I hope someone sues this company! I was promised $400 in gift cards for switching my service! When trying to contact the rep who helped me named Claude, he blocked me. I spoke to the entire United Nations and no one is able to assist me!
